Just using external hard drive or usb stick you can now able to play your favorite games on Xbox 360 and it's absolutely possible.
But the crucial point is that this modding/hacking wont release you with online banning problem. Meaning is Microsoft will also Ban you if you go live during play your game. And 2nd point is this modding won't help you to run all newest games possibly.
